The Short Version
- Unused books, DVDs, and apparel can be returned within 30 days.
- Damaged or wrong items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
- Digital downloads and replacement credentials are final once delivered.
- Course tuition follows your signed enrollment agreement.
Books, DVDs & Apparel
You may return physical items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price, as long as they are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging. Books must be free of writing, marks, or damage.
To start a return, contact us first (see below) with your order details. Items sent back without contacting us may not be accepted. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Autographed copies are signed to order. They can be returned under the same 30-day terms, but a book personalized with a name or dedication at your request cannot be returned unless it arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and a photo of the problem. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at your choice. You will not be asked to pay to send the item back.
Digital Downloads
Because digital training films and PDF manuals can be copied once delivered, they are non-refundable after the download link has been provided. If a file will not download or play, contact us and we will fix it or send a working copy. If we cannot resolve the problem, we will refund your purchase.
Replacement Credentials
Replacement certificates, credential cards, and pins are produced individually for verified graduates. Once your credential has been verified and produced, the order is non-refundable. If we are unable to verify your graduate record, your payment will be refunded in full.
Course Tuition & Enrollment
Refunds of course tuition, deposits, and enrollment fees are governed by the enrollment agreement you sign at registration, which sets out cancellation deadlines and refund amounts in line with Georgia requirements for private postsecondary training. This store policy does not change those terms. For questions about a course refund, contact our office directly.
Exchanges
Need a different apparel size? Contact us within 30 days of delivery. If the size you want is in stock, we will exchange an unworn item; otherwise we will refund it under the return terms above.
How Refunds Are Paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Card refunds are typically processed within 5 business days of approval; your bank may take additional days to post the credit. Payments made by PayPal, Cash App, or Zelle are refunded through the same service where possible.
